Apartment in North Park on Ohio sold

The eight-unit apartment property in North Park at 4055 Ohio St., San Diego 92104, has been sold for $1.6 million, cash.

The buyer was HS Partners LLC, 5694 Mission Center Road, Suites 602-630, San Diego 92108.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 446-381-08) was Mark II L.P., with COVA Management Inc. as its general partner. Mark Covarrubias is president of COVA Management.

The two-story, approximately 6,240-square-foot apartment was constructed in 1960 on a 7,000-square-foot lot.

The apartment consists of 16 bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

The property was sold in February 1988 for $395,000 and in September 1992 for $438,000, with financing of $260,000 from American Savings Bank.
