Gas station on Heritage in Otay Mesa sold

The approximately 2,743-square-foot Arco gas station in Otay Mesa at 1625 Heritage Road, San Diego 92154, has been sold for $2.15 million. The station is on a 40,946-square-foot corner lot across Otay Mesa Road from Brown Field.

The buyer was Heritage Road Investments LLC, a California limited liability company. The managing members of Heritage Road are Fahmi M. Bajoua, Laheeb M. Bajoua, Louay N. Bajoua and Kal M. Bagoua, 2442 Sawgrass St., El Cajon 92019.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $1,442,000 Commonwealth Business Bank.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 646-170-25) was Nayla LLC, a California limited liability company, with Mike Sater member.

The one-story building was constructed in 1992.

The property was sold in December 2008 for $2.2 million, with financing of $1,930,500 from Americas United Bank.
