C&M Transfer in Santee

Industrial: C&M Transfer of San Diego Inc. has leased 18,300 square feet of industrial space at 8787 Olive Lane, Santee 92071, from Compucraft Industries Inc. The property was leased for 24 months at $290,000.

The lessee was represented by Robbie Cornell of Inland Pacific Commercial. The lessor was represented by Richard Murdock of Lee & Associates.

The approximately 71,622-square-foot industrial/manufacturing building occupies a 4.77-acre lot. The building includes approximately 7,610 square feet of office build-out.

In mid-2012, SC Fabricators leased 11,040 square feet for 24 months at $155,904. The lessee was represented Cornell and the lessor by Murdock.


Retail: Bird Rock Coffee Roasters Inc. has leased 3,000 square feet of retail space at 1270 Morena Blvd., San Diego 92110, from Walter E. Fielder Inc. The property was leased for 57 months at $260,000.

The lessee was represented by Kevin Meissner of Cassidy Turley. The lessor was represented by Richard Murdock of Lee & Associates.
