A 349-unit apartment project in Pomona that had been under construction for 14 months has been completed, according to a release from builder Wermers Multi-Family Corp. of San Diego.
Monterey Station, as the property is called, is a four-story multifamily apartment project offering loft, studio, and one- to two-bedroom apartments, as well as live/work units. According to Wermers, it's a "complete and accessible apartment complex that will enhance Pomona’s local community."
The development includes four elevators, a pool and spa, a recreation room, fire pits, covered parking and modern European-style cabinetry. Beyond the project walls, the apartments are near entertainment and dining locations, and near access points to the Metrolink and Amtrak stations.
Each apartment unit features quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, Wermers noted, as well as in-home washers and dryers, walk-in closets, central heating and air conditioning and either a private patio or balcony.
Common areas include a resort pool and deck area, a club room, and what Wermer's calls a "top-tier" fitness center. Units range in size from 384-square-foot and 401-square-foot studios to a 1,075-square-foot, two-bedroom unit.
