The lessee was represented by Kipp Gstettenbauer of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Gstettenbauer.


Retail: Camp Run-A-Mutt has leased 8,000 square feet of retail space in a strip center at 35 N. Fourth Ave., Chula Vista 91910, from Winven Realty Inc. The property was leased for 60 months at $493,422.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Kipp Gstettenbauer of Cushman & Wakefield.


Office: Todd Sobol has leased 1,385 square feet of office space in the 15,900-square-foot Chula Vista Office Center at 637 Third Ave., Chula Vista 91911, from 637 Third Avenue LLC. The property was leased for 60 months at $145,592.

The lessee was represented by Kipp Gstettenbauer of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Gstettenbauer.


Warehouse: Window World San Diego has leased 4,250 square feet of warehouse space at 2509 S. Santa Fe Ave., Vista 92083, from Valentine Limited Partnership. The property, leased for 36 months at $96,872, will be used for a full line of replacement and new construction windows and doors.

The lessee was represented by Daniel Weiss of NAI San Diego. The lessor was represented by Joe McDermott of Cushman & Wakefield.


Office: Ryan Johnson has leased 825 square feet of office space at 4190 Bonita Road, Bonita 91902, from Nancy Baranyi Trust. The property, leased for 38 months at $50,490, will be used for an audiology practice.

The lessee was represented by Kipp Gstettenbauer of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Gstettenbauer.
