Building on Danielson in Poway sold

The approximately 32,103-square-foot building at 13915 Danielson St., Poway 92064, has been sold for $3,412,500, cash.

The buyer was Cameron Brothers Construction Co. LP, a California limited liability company, 10580 Prospect Ave., Suite 200, Santee 92071, Attn.: Waneta Lee.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 323-092-17) was GCCFC 2007-GG9 Danielson Office Limited Partnership, a California limited partnership. GCCFC 2007-GG9 Danielson Office GP LLC is the general partner of the buyer, with LNR Partners California Manager LLC, a California limited liability company as manager.

Rodolfo S. Lauredo is the vice president of LNR Partners.

The building was constructed in 2005 on a 1.41-acre lot.
