Mooch Design on University

Retail: Paul Hunyady, dba Mooch Design, has leased 4,900 square feet of retail space in North Park at 2331-2335 University Ave., San Diego 92104, from The Cummings Family Trust. The property, leased for 63 months at $675,000, will be used for a nursery and main office.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Martin F. Alfaro, of Pacific Coast Commercial.


Retail: 4G Wireless Inc. has leased 1,953 square feet of retail space in the 145,000-square-foot Eastlake Village Center South neighborhood shopping center, 2260 Otay Lakes Road, Chula Vista 91915, from Eastlake Village Ventures LLC. The property, leased for five years at $373,275, will be used for a cell phone store.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Stewart Keith, of Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate.

Other tenants include Goodwill Industries of San Diego County, which in early 2014 renewed its lease on 1,925 square feet for seven years at $601,810; SD Custom Pizza LLC, which late in 2013, leased 1,732 square for 10 years at $953,062 for a pizza restaurant; Gary Yarborough and Maria Yarborough, dba Baskin Robbins, in early 2012 with 982 square feet for 10 years at $459,308; and in mid-2011, Samuel Hayatt, with 1,224 square feet of office space for 12 years at $716,732.


Office: Miller Ventures has leased 1,828 square feet of office space in the two-story, 47,000-square-foot Palomar Oaks Point office building at 1901 Camino Vida Roble, Carlsbad 92008, from Hanella LLC. The property, leased for 49 months at $151,807, will be used for general space.

The lessee was represented by Nick Norris, of The Irving Group. The lessor was represented by Chris Williams, of Colliers International.

Another tenant is Intellectual Technology Inc., which in summer 2011 leased 2,393 square feet for 39 months at $134,580.


Office: Teehee Engineering has leased 1,595 square feet of office space at 5845 Avenida Encinas, Suite 131, Carlsbad 92008, from Carlsbad Point Corp..

The property was leased for 24 months at $54,396.

The lessee was represented by Jon Walters, of Colliers International. The lessor represented itself.


Industrial: Ed Erickson has leased 1,625 square feet of industrial space at 4749 Oceanside Blvd., Suite E, Oceanside, 92056, from Voit Oceanside Partners, LLC. The property, leased for 25 months at $34,835, will be used for manufacturing.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen and Joe Crotty, of Colliers International.


Industrial: Tryplex Inc. has leased 1,060 square feet of industrial space at 1820 Peacock Blvd., Suite B, Oceanside, 92056, from Voit Oceanside Partners LLC. The property was leased for 12 months at $10,526.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen and Joe Crotty, of Colliers International.
