Building on El Cajon Blvd. corner lot sold

The free-standing 6,676-square-foot retail building on a 7,000-square-foot corner lot and an adjacent 5,249-square-foot parking lot at 3052 El Cajon Blvd., San Diego 92104, have been sold for $1,425,000, cash.

The buyer was T.R. Hale LLC, a California limited liability company, c/o H.G. Fenton, 7577 Mission Valley Road, Suite 200, San Diego 92108.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcels 466-183-09 and 10) was William D. McClelland and Norma J. McClelland, trustees of the McClelland Family Trust.

The property consists of two attached building with multiple separate entrances on El Cajon and Ohio Street.

In October 1999, the property sold for $456,000, with financing of $315,000.
