Pacific Beach five-unit property sold

The five-unit residential property in Pacific Beach, including two stand-alone homes and a triplex, at 3450-3454 Del Rey, San Diego 92109, has been sold for $875,000.


The buyers were Heleodoro and Maria E. Lopez, 4379 Paseo de la Vista, Bonita 91902.

The sellers of the property (424-361-41) were Kimberly A. Whitney and Joan W. Flagg, as co-trustees of the Whitney Family Trust.

CBRE's (NYSE: CBG) Eric Comer, Jim Neil and Merrick Matricardi represented the sellers. Mike Heck, of Keller Williams, represented the buyers.

The residential units total 2,710 square feet and were built in 1981. The two houses have private yards and, the 9,067-square-foot lot has nine open parking spaces and three detached two-car garages.
