The two condos are in The Towers at Bressi Ranch, itself within the masterplanned Bressi Ranch Corporate Center.
The buyer was 6160 Innovation Way LLC, a California limited liability company, 560 Stevens Ave., Solana Beach 92075, Attn.: Jody Watkins.
The acquisition was financed with loans of $674,000 and $533,910 from Western Alliance Bank.
The seller of the units (213-262-14-23 and 24) was DG Global Inc., with Huarui Guo as the president.
The units were built in 2007, feature 22-foot clear height ceilings and have a 65 percent office build-out.
