Ground broken for RiverView office complex in Santee

The Ryan Companies has started its RiverView Professional Center project, Santee's first Class A office project. The office complex offers 63,500 square feet distributed among six one- and two-story office and medical buildings. The buildings are divisible and range in size from 3,394 square feet to 13,575 square feet. Riverview Professional Center is part of the second phase of Ryan's master-planned, mixed-use, nearly 2 million-square-foot RiverView at Santee. The CB Richard Ellis (NYSE: CBG) team of Chris Pascale, Rick Sparks, Ron Bement and Matt Pourcho are marketing RiverView Professional Center.

RiverView Professional Center is designed to meet criteria developed by the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program, which is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high-performance buildings. The U.S. Green Building Council's core purpose is to transform the way buildings and communities are designed. Earlier this year, Ryan broke ground on The Towers at Bressi Ranch in Carlsbad. The 21-acre, two-phase project will total 280,000 square feet in 18 buildings ranging from 3,200 square feet to 24,000 square feet.
