Townhouses in City Heights on Auburn sold

The two-story, three-building, eight-unit Auburn Townhouses complex in City Heights at 4979 Auburn Drive, San Diego 92105, has been sold for $1.51 million.

The buyer was MNM Properties LLC, a California limited liability company, c/o Shiraz Realty, 12837 Starwood Lane, San Diego 92131.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $1,132,500 from Opus Bank to MNM Investments LLC, a California limited liability company. Marco Roman is the managing member of MNM Investments, and Michael Conway and Nisa Conway are managers.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 471-800-12) was The Twenty-Two Eleven Family Trust, with Gerald P. Pfaff as the trustee.

The listing agent was Benn Vogelsang, senior associate at South Coast Commercial Inc.

The mortgage broker was La Jolla Capital Group, c/o Loren Shinohara and Chris Collins. Title and escrow services were provided by Lawyers Title.

There are three four-bedroom/two-bath units, and five two-bedroom/1.5-bath units.

The units range from 1,300 to 1,400 square feet and total 10,950 square feet, with 27 bedrooms and 13.5 bathrooms.

The apartment was constructed in 1973 on a 16,927-square-foot lot.
