Restaurant property in Cardiff sold

The three-building commercial corner at 148-154 Aberdeen Drive and 2130 Newcastle Ave., Cardiff-by-the-Sea 92007, has been sold for $2.5 million, cash.

The 4,364-square-foot property includes restaurants at 148 and 154 Aberdeen, and an office/retail building at 2130 Newcastle.

The buildings were constructed in 1960 on an 11,325-square-foot lot.

The buyer was Gunther Dev LLC, a California limited liability company, 4820 Eastgate Mall, Suite 100, San Diego 92121.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 261-031-20) was Michael I. Gonzalez Jr., trustee of The Ella K. Munson Trust.

The main building is a two-story restaurant at the corner. The other two adjacent buildings are another restaurant and a converted house.
