Civic San Diego turns over $89 million to county

Civic San Diego, the new entity formed by a merger between CCDC and SEDC and tasked with winding down the city’s redevelopment projects, was forced this week to make an $89 million payment to the county.

Andrew: Suggest you make a public record request for alldocuments related to the $89 million. That will give an explanation. isnt the mayor and council supposed to appoint people to Civic San Diego ? i didnt see any appointments. Who is on the board ?
