Four residential units at 471-477 E Ave. in Coronado 92118, have been sold for $1.47 million.
The buyers were Charles Corwin Coward and Arline Burns Coward, 725 W. 172nd St., Suite 67, New York, N.Y. 10032.
Bank of America provided a loan of $600,000.
The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 536-301-13) were Joseph C. Cattaneo and Judith L. Cattaneo.
The six-bedroom, five-bathroom, approximately 3,728-square-foot apartment was constructed in 1942. The property was previously sold in June 2007 for $1.75 million.
