Warehouse on Hancock Street sold

The approximately 9,603-square-foot warehouse/industrial building at 2074 Hancock St., San Diego 92110, has been sold for $1.48 million.
The buyer was 4 Buttes LLC, a California limited liability company with Janis S. Fagan as a manager, c/o California Climbing Centers LLC, 2074 Hancock St., San Diego. Bruce H. Fagan is a manager of California Climbing.
The acquisition was financed with loans of $825,000 and $648,000 from Torrey Pines Bank.
The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 450-611-22) were Gary Green, as trustee of the Gary Green Keogh Plan, Rex A. Huffman as trustee of the Rex A. Huffman Investment Trust, and Glen Volk as sole trustee of the Glen Volk Living Trust (1/3 interest each).
The building was constructed on a one-third-acre lot in 1992. In March 1998, the property was sold for $575,000 with financing of $425,000.

The sale of four Pacific Beach units at 1643 Oliver Ave. in San Diego reported in this column Tuesday, Oct. 27, was handled by Dave Andrews, of Hendricks & Partners. The price was $1,025,000, not $1.25 million as reported.
The Daily Transcript regrets the error.
