10-unit apartment in PB sold
The 10-unit apartment in Pacific Beach at 4321 Cass St., San Diego 92109, has been sold for $2.25 million, cash.
The buyer was MCF Investments, c/o Kevin McCarthy, 1770 Fourth Ave., San Diego 92101.
The sellers of the property (assessorís parcel 423-154-13) were Israel Ismaj and Jacqueline Ismaj, as trustees of the Israel Ismaj and Jacqueline Ismaj Revocable Trust; Hildie Neman Lyddan, Matthew S. Browar and Nancy A. Browar, trustees of the M.S. Brower Family Trust; Robert F. Antt; and Johanna Neuman.
The buyer was represented by Steven Martini, president of QualityFirst Commercial. The sellers were represented by Josh Browar, of SouthCoast Commercial.
The two-level, garden-style, low-rise apartment is on a corner (Thomas Avenue) three blocks from the ocean, and consists of eight one-bedroom and a pair of two-bedroom units.
The property was recently upgraded, including a new roof, exterior paint and laundry facilities.
The approximately 6,088-square-foot building was constructed in 1972 on a 6,250-square-foot lot.
Bonnie Fannelli, of QualityFirst, has been retained to manage the property for the new ownership.
