The approximately 5,400-square-foot commercial building in Kearny Mesa at 7835 Armour St., San Diego 92111, has been sold for $815,000.
The buyer was Kearny Mesa A&H Specialists Inc., 4187 Convoy St., San Diego 92111. Tony Ly is president of Kearny Mesa A&H.
The acquisition was financed with a loan of $390,000 from Wells Fargo Bank (NYSE: WFC).
The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 356-300-87) were Mark J. MacNeill and Julius Paeske Jr., trustees of the Ann Hazard Family Irrevocable Trust, and as trustees of the Nina H. Baldwin Family Irrevocable Trust.
The building occupies a 0.52-acre lot.
In early 2011, SAMCO leased the property from MacNeill and Paeske, trustees, for 60 months at $442,602, for use as an automotive repair facility.
