Apartments in El Cajon on Grape sold
The Grape Street Apartments, a nine-unit complex at 621-637 Grape St. in El Cajon 92021, has been sold for $760,000.
The buyers were Stanley Toncich and Ankica Toncich, trustees of the Toncich Trust, 11136 Montaubon Way, San Diego 92123. The acquisition was financed with a loan of $532,000 from Luther Burbank Savings.
The seller of the property was Gary E. Barto, trustee of the Gary E. Barto Revocable Trust.
The seller was represented by Mark Morgan, of ACI Apartments. Terry Moore, also of ACI, represented the buyers.
The apartment was constructed in two phases, with the four one-bedroom units built in 1940 and the five two-bedroom units built in 1987, all on a 15,681-square-foot lot.
The property features 16 on-site parking spaces, a picnic area and a laundry room.
