The deal was a lease by SERCO Inc. of 28,535 square feet of Kearny Mesa office space in 120,000-square-foot Mesa View Plaza, 9350 Waxie Way, Suite 200 and 400, San Diego, from SCG Mesa View Plaza LLC. The property was leased for 69 months at $4.8 million.
A year ago, WiredRed Software leased 10,061 square feet for five years at $1,743,632.
In fall 2008, RepCo LLC leased 9,172 square feet for five years at approximately $1.3 million; and TDK Corp. of America, in mid-2006, leased 4,667 square feet for 87 months at $1.1 million.
In summer 2013, Mesa View Plaza was sold for $29.27 million. In spring 2006, the office complex was sold for $38.8 million. In late 2005, the property was sold for approximately $32.75 million. In summer 2004, the building was sold for a listed sales price of approximately $32.75 million. In March 2003, the property was sold for $29.27 million.
The property has been known as the Manchester Plaza and the Hibiscus Plaza.
