Escondido apartment on N. Juniper sold
The Deal of the Week was negotiated by Allen Chitayat, of the San Diego office of Hendricks & Partners on behalf of both the seller and buyer.
The deal was the sale of Mission Terrace, the 122-unit apartment at 810-850 N. Juniper St. in Escondido for $10.6 million.
The buyer was Mission Terrace Apartments, LLC of San Diego, with Conrad Prebys as manager. The property was acquired with payment of $2.67 million and assumption of an August 2007 loan of $8 million.
The property seller was Juniper Village, L.P., with DDD Management Corp. as sole general partner. Joseph Daneshgar is president of DDD.
The approximately 97,000-square-foot apartment was built in 1971 on 5.38 acres and consists of 36 one-bedroom units of approximately 588 square feet; 54 two-bedroom/one-bathroom units of about 800 square feet; and 32 three-bedroom/1.5-bathroom units of approximately 1,050 square feet.
