The lessor, LP Scripps Lot 1 LLC, represented itself and is a partnership of Lankford & Associates and PRG Properties LLC.
The deal was an extended and expanded 15-year lease by Sharp HealthCare, on behalf of its Sharp Rees-Stealy division, for 50,896 square feet at $30,460,000 in the Pinnacle Medical Plaza at 10670 Wexford St., San Diego.
Sharp Rees-Stealy originally opened its new medical offices in the 80,000-square-foot medical office building in February 2008.
At that time, Sharp signed a 10-year lease for 41,896 square feet of medical office space in the Class A building. It was Sharp Rees-Stealy's 17th location in San Diego County.
Pinnacle Medical Plaza was completed in 2008 and is located in the 125-acre, master-planned Scripps Northridge Corporate Center.
It was designed by Davis Davis Architects and built by Hensel Phelps Construction Co.
