Eatery in Mission Hills
Cassidy Turley's Michael Burton and Danny Fitzgerald were the sole brokers involved in the Deal of the Week.
The deal was a 10-year lease by Brooklyn Girl Eatery for 4,808 square feet valued at $1.6 million, for Mission Hills retail space in 1Mission at 845 Fort Stockton Drive in San Diego. The developer/owner/lessor was CLB Partners.
A mixed-use residential/retail enclave, 1Mission involved the restoration of a turn-of-the-century commercial block and building a new five-story complex (photo below) with 61 residential units and 25,000 square feet of retail space.
The residential units include 13 two-story townhomes with street-level entrances and 48 one-story homes.
Following completion, the property received the Gold Nugget Award in 2010. M.W. Steele Groupand Spurlock Poirier Landscape Architects designed 1Mission and Turner Construction was the contractor.
