Animal hospital in Carlsbad

Retail: La Costa Animal Hospital Inc. has leased 1,920 square feet of retail space at La Costa Plaza, 7668 El Camino Real, Suite 101, Carlsbad 92009, from Grant Tucker Properties. The property was leased for 123 months at $898,044.
The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Kam Walton, of Cushman & Wakefield.

Warehouse: Dedicated Delivery Professionals Inc. has leased 14,264 square feet of warehouse space at 4039 Calle Platino Suite D, Oceanside 92056, from 6th & K Ltd. The property, leased for 60 months at $560,130, will be used for warehousing and distribution.
The lessee was represented by Mike Di Peppino, of Logistic Commercial Real Estate Services. The lessor was represented by Tim Moore and Bob Willingham, of Coldwell Banker Commercial.

Industrial: International Clinical Research Network Inc. has leased 2,000 square feet of industrial space at 333 H St., Suite 2060, Chula Vista 91910, from Gateway Chula Vista 2, LLC. The property was leased for seven years at $519,665.
The lessee represented by itself. The lessor was represented by James Pieri Jr., of Mountain West Real Estate Inc.

Retail: Bread & Cie Inc. has renewed its lease on 2,968 square feet of retail space at 350 University Ave., San Diego 92103, from Westcore Properties. The property, renewed for 60 months at $490,000, is used for a bakery and cafe.
The lessee represented itself, as did the lessor.

Retail: Chef's Wok has renewed its lease on 1,934 square feet of retail space at 350 University Ave., San Diego 92103, from Westcore Properties. The property, renewed for 60 months at $413,000, is used for a Chinese restaurant.
The lessee and lessor represented themselves.
The 6,896-square-foot building at 350 University was sold for $3 million in early 2004.
The building is fully occupied by Bread & Cie, Chef's Wok, and Peet's Coffee and Tea (Nasdaq: PEET).

Office: Dr. Georges M. Argoud has leased 2,603 square feet of office space at 855 Third Ave., Suite 1110, Chula Vista, 91910, from Centre Medical Plaza, LP. The property was leased for five years at $482,287.
The lessee represented himself. The lessor was represented by James Pieri, Jr. of Mountain West Real Estate Inc.

Industrial: Stone Steps Manufacturing has leased 13,185 square feet of industrial space at 590 Airport Road, Oceanside 92058, from Oceanside Associates. The property was leased for 36 months at $268,648.
The lessee was represented by Mike Paeske, of Commercial Facilities Inc. The lessor was represented by Josh McFadyen, Jim Spain and Michael Mahoney, of Colliers International.

Industrial: Antics International PTY, LTD has leased 5,915 square feet of industrial space at 2590 Pioneer Ave., Stage V, Vista 92081, from Property Reserve Inc. The property was leased for 36 months at $117,117.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Don Zech and Nick Zech of CDC Commercial.

Industrial: Nicanor Perez Quiroz has leased 3,200 square feet of industrial space at 131 Venture St., Suite B, San Marcos 92078, from Stanojevic George. The property, leased for 36 months at $57,600, will be used for a silk screen company.
The lessee was represented by Adam Molnar, of Coldwell Banker Commercial. The lessor was represented by John Witherall, also of Coldwell Banker Commercial.

Office: David A. Harkins and Margery F. Harkins have leased 2,102 square feet of office space at Rancho Del Oro Business Center, 4083 Oceanside Blvd., Suite D, Oceanside 92056, from Aimee Frankhouse Trust. The property, leased for 28 months at $43,566, will be used for warehousing and distribution.

Industrial: Trust Manufacturers & Supplies has leased 2,697 square feet of industrial space at 6955 Camino Maquiladora, Suite H, San Diego 92154, from Hamann Companies. The property, leased for 24 months at $38,544, will be used for the warehousing and distribution of tapes, plastics and paper.
The lessee and lessor were represented by Bryan Teel and Charles Adolphe of Cushman & Wakefield.

Industrial: KB Foam Inc. has leased 6,962 square feet of industrial space at Mesa De Oro Business Park, 6930 Camino Maquiladora, Suites E and F, San Diego 92154, from Mesa De Oro Business Park LP.
The property, leased for 12 months at $32,580, will be used for warehousing of foam packaging for consumer electronics.
The lessee and lessor were represented by Bryan Teel and Charles Adolphe, of Cushman & Wakefield.

Office: Hireahelper, LLC has leased 1,054 square feet of office space at Rancho del Oro Business Center, 4083 Oceanside Blvd., Suite G, Oceanside 92056, from Tracy Miller. The property was leased for 12 months at $15,810, $1.25 modified gross.
The lessee was represented by Jon Witherall of Coldwell Banker Commercial. The lessor was represented by Jim Benson, also of Coldwell Banker Commercial.
