Sharp renews lease on Activity

Office: Sharp Healthcare has renewed its lease on the 27,648-square-feet medical office building at 8901 Activity Road, San Diego 92126, from GTF Properties. The lease renewal was for two years at $1.11 million and will be used for its medical practice and offices.
The property is occupied by Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group.
The lessee was represented by Jim Laing and Dan McCarthy, of Cushman & Wakefield. Kyle Clark, also of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the lessor.
The two-story building was constructed in 1987 on a 1.6-acre lot. GTF acquired the property (assessor's parcel 341-220-46) in March 1991 for $3.7 million.

Office: North Coast Christian Fellowship Inc. has leased 7,440 square feet of office space at La Costa Meadows Business Center, 1645 S. Rancho Santa Fe Road, Suite 105-108, San Marcos 92078, from La Costa Meadows, LLC. The property was leased for 51 months at $440,151, $1.16 modified gross.
The lessee was represented by John Witherall of Coldwell Banker Commercial. The lessor was represented by Joseph Crotty and Mike Napierala, also of Coldwell Banker Commercial.

Land: Dealer Business Services LLC has leased two acres of land at 728 North Escondido Blvd., Escondido 92025, from the Erier Family Trust. The property, leased for 36 months at $360,000, will be used for an auto dealership.
The lessee was represented by Saeid Baha, of Remax United/Baha Associates Inc. The lessor was represented by Terry Jackson and Conor Boyle, of Cushman & Wakefield.

Retail: Spice Wellness Systems of La Costa Inc., dba Spices Wellness Systems, has leased 930 square feet of retail space at La Costa Town Center, 7740 N. El Camino Real, Suite B, Carlsbad 92009, from La Costa Tower, LLC. The property, leased for 60 months at $131,130, will be used for a health and wellness center.
The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by John Jennings and Kam Walton, of Cushman & Wakefield.

Office: Crossfire Marketing Group Inc. & Transcendent One Inc. has leased 2,125 square feet of office space at 2011 Palomar Airport Road, Suite 110, Carlsbad 92011, from PT Carlsbad Assoc. The property, leased for 39 months at $126,547, will be used for a marketing firm.
The lessee was represented by Dan Gaston, of Lee and Associates. The lessor was represented by Tucker Hohenstein, of Cushman & Wakefield.

Retail: Joseph Flaherty, dba Yogurt Jubilee, has leased 904 square feet of retail space at Alpine Creek Town Center, 1347 Tavern Road, Suite B-1, Alpine 91901, from Westcore Freightways LLC. The property was leased for 63 months at $115,187.
The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by John Jennings and Aaron Hill, of Cushman & Wakefield.

Warehouse: Stephen S. Halverson Inc., dba Contours, has subleased the 6,900-square-feet industrial/warehouse building at 1444 Alpine Place, San Marcos 92069, from Garda CL West Inc. The property, subleased for 26 months at $97,800, will be used for an office and warehouse.
The freestanding building has three functioning steel vaults, two grade level doors, offices and HVAC warehouse. The property has a security gate and fenced yard for storage.
The sublessee was represented by Steve Knight, of VRI Group Inc. The sublessor was represented by Tucker Hohenstein and Conor Boyle, of Cushman & Wakefield.
