Retail: JP Morgan Chase Bank (NYSE: JPM) has leased 3,775 square feet of retail space at Eastlake Village Marketplace, 2245 Otay Lake Road, Chula Vista 91914, from Eastlake Village Marketplace, LLC.
The property was leased for 20 years at $3.5 million.
The lessee was represented by Dave Hagglund, of CB Richard Ellis (NYSE: CBG).
The lessor was represented by Stewart Keith, of Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate.
Sudberry Properties developed and owns EastLake Village Marketplace, a 410,000-square-foot community shopping center built in 2004 on the northwest corner of Otay Lakes Road and Eastlake Parkway.
The center is anchored by Lowe's (NYSE: LOW) and Target (NYSE: TGT).
Some of the many restaurants in the EastLake Village Marketplace are Islands, Daphne's Greek Café, Bento Noodles, Subway Sandwiches and Panda Express. Others are Miguel's Cocina Mexican Food, as well as Starbucks Coffee, Jamba Juice and Cold Stone Creamery. Some other businesses include Game Stop, Great Clips, Daydreams Ceramic Cafe, Sprint and PayLess Shoes.
Industrial: North County Mobile Electronics has leased 5,460 square feet of industrial space at 2905 Oceanside Blvd., Suite A, Oceanside 92054, from Gildred Development Company. The property was leased for 60 months at $201,956.
The lessee and lessor were represented by Daniel Knoke and Peter Merz, of Colliers International.
Industrial: Escondido Golf Cart Center has leased 5,400 square feet of industrial space at 124 Market Place, Suite 400, Escondido 92029, from Morris Alkin. The property was leased for 36 months at $129,600.
