Ross leases on Palomar in C.V.

Retail: Ross Dress For Less (Nasdaq: ROST) has leased 20,111 square feet of retail space at 1325 Palomar St., Chula Vista 91913, from Palomar Partners, LP. The property was leased for 10 years at $2.2 million.

The lessee was represented by Nancy Johnston, of Epsteen & Associates. The lessor was represented by Scott Duhs, of Duhs Commercial Inc.


Retail: Panda Express Inc. has leased 1,940 square feet of retail space at 12098 Fury Lane, El Cajon 92019, from Fury & Jamacha, LLC. The property was leased for 10 years at $662,388.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Scott Duhs and Alex Knutson, of Duhs Commercial Inc.


Industrial: Grace Anglican Church has leased 10,964 square feet of industrial space at 4055 Oceanside Blvd, Suites N-S, Oceanside 92056, from MAJ Investors. The property, leased for 36 months at $216,000, will be used for a church and worship center.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen, of Colliers International.


Office: Progress Financial Corporation has leased 1,000 square feet of office space at Palomar Square, 1355 Broadway, Carlsbad 92011, from Russo Suburban Enterprises.

The property, leased for five years at $111,492, will be used for a financial services office.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Stewart Keith and Bill Thaxton, of Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate.


Retail: Aleksandr Bazar has leased 983 square feet of retail space at 8302 Parkway Drive, La Mesa 91942, from Lew Properties. The property was leased for three years at $51,942. The lessee and lessor were represented by Alex Knutson, of Duhs Commercial.


Office: Kim Nissen, dba California Infusion Solutions, has leased 1,098 square feet of office space at 510 Civic Center, Suite D, Vista 92084, from Forza Investments LLC. The property, leased for 36 months at $34,677, gross, will be used for a blood infusions office.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Don Zech and Nick Zech, of CDC Commercial Inc.
