First Foundation on Executive

Office: First Foundation has leased 5,809 square feet of office space at 4510 Executive Drive, San Diego 92121, from Arden Realty.

The property, leased for seven years at $1.1 million, will be used for general office and banking purposes.

The lessee was represented by Chris High, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Eric Vann, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial.


Office: Alliance Direct Home Mortgage has leased 3,691 square feet of office space at 3131 Camino del Rio North, Suite 810, San Diego 92108, from The Irvine Company. The space was leased for two years at $227,550.

The lessee was represented by Tom van Betten and Andrew Ewald, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial. The lessor represented itself.


Retail: Diva Nails has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at 4370 Palm Ave., Suite J, San Diego 92154, from Palm Ridge Gateway LLC, c/o Gateway Property Management LLC>/B>. The space was leased for five years at $167,558.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Make Clark, Joe Yetter and Brent Williams, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial.


Retail: Rate Rabbit Inc., dba Rate Rabbit Home Loans, has leased 2,741 square feet of retail space at 205 W. Market St., Suites C5/C6 and 885 square feet of retail space at 540 Front St. Suite C6, San Diego 92101, from Pinnacle International Development Inc.

The spaces were leased for three years for $111,195 (Market) and $93,456 (Front).

The lessee's representation was not disclosed. The lessor was represented by Danny Fitzgerald, Michael Burton and Pasquale Loele, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial.


Office: The Celebration Center for Spiritual Living has leased 4,569 square feet of office space at 5744 Pacific Center Blvd., Suites 306 and 307, San Diego 92121, from Palomar Enterprises Inc. The property was leased for 60 months at $2.47 million.

The lessor was represented by Dean Asaro, of CB Richard Ellis (NYSE: CBG).

The lessee was represented by Vince Provenzano and Shirley Kanamu, of Pacific Coast Commercial.


Retail: PQ Health Solutions has leased 1,100 square feet of retail space at 9888 Carmel Mountain Road, Suite G, San Diego 92129, from West Coast Retail Management Inc. The space was leased for 63 months at $87,600.

The lessee's representation was not disclosed. The lessor was represented by Phil Lyons, Bruce Schiff and Chad Lafrate, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial.
