Industrial: GSPA Corporation, dba Creative Café, has leased 2,373 square feet of industrial space at 7015 Carroll Road, Suite B, San Diego 92121, from R.J. Land Company.

The property, leased for 84 months at $182,253, flex, will be used for general office space, warehouse and catering kitchen/commissary.

The lessee was represented by Arnie Friedman, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Evan McDonald, also of Colliers.


Industrial: Abarrotes and Productos Linares has leased 5,093 square feet of industrial space at 9369 Dowdy Drive, Suite G, San Diego 92126, from Tiffany Investment Corporation.

The property, leased for 36 months at $160,248. Lessee is a food distributor and wholesaler and will use the space for general office, warehouse and distribution.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Arnie Friedman, of Colliers International.


Industrial: America West Flooring Inc., dba Click on Floors, has leased 2,665 square feet of industrial space at 8550 Production Ave., Suite A, San Diego 92121, from Ault Family Trust.

The property, leased for 36 months at $82,800, will be used for general office, warehouse and distribution.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Arnie Friedman, of Colliers International.


Industrial: South Bound Graphics has leased 6,085 square feet of industrial space at 1250 Keystone Way, Vista 92081, from Keystone Ventures, LLC. The property was leased for 24 months at $76,060.

The lessee was represented by Trent France, of Cassidy Turley/BRE Commercial. The lessor was represented by Daniel Knoke and Peter Merz, of Colliers International.


Industrial: Rosario Sanchez has leased 1,166 square feet of industrial space at 1205 N. Melrose Drive, Suite I, Vista 92083, from Joseph H. Hollow Trust. The property was leased for 12 months at $11,052.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen and Peter Merz, of Colliers International.
