Cars2Go leases in downtown S.D.

Retail: Cars2Go, NA LLC has leased 3,800 square feet of retail space at 633 Ninth Ave., San Diego 92101, from Mitchell Investments.

The property, leased for 60 months at $417,967, will be used for its downtown San Diego retail lounge and office headquarters.

The lessee was represented by Danny Fitzgerald, Andrew Ewald, Michael Burton and Pasquale Ioele, of Cassidy Turley/BRE Commecial. The lessor was represented by Glenn Schmidt, of Mitchell Investments.


Retail: Craig and Bether Broderick, dba Brody's Burgers and Beer, has leased 2,000 square feet of retail space at 12390 Highway 94, Suites E and F, El Cajon 92019, from The Washington Properties Trust.

The property, leased for 36 months at $90,000, will be used for a new restaurant.

The lessee and lessor was represented by Vince Provenzano and Shirley Kanamu.


Retail: GR Bookkeeping has leased 1,050 square feet of retail space at 7454 University Ave., La Mesa 91941, from Goodman Family Trust.

The property, leased for 36 months at $35,328, will be used for a bookkeeping office.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Cheri Wallace and Robert Phillips, of Pacific Coast Commercial.
