Windshield repair in Escondido

Retail: Safelite Fulfillment Inc. has leased 4,739 square feet of retail space at 2750 Auto Park Way, Suite 9, Escondido 92029, from Smiser Family Properties Inc. The property, leased for 60 months at $165,708, will be used for a windshield repair shop.

The lessee was represented by Conor Boyle, of Colliers International, and Bennard Gillison, of NAI Capital. The lessor was represented by Kipp Gstettenbauer, of Cushman & Wakefield and Boyle.


Retail: The Cooler has leased 1,300 square feet of retail space at Plaza Rancho San Diego, 2990 Jamacha Road, Suite 102, San Diego 92109, from PRSD, LP.

The property, leased for 25 months at $52,520, will be used for retail.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Kyle Clark, Kipp Gestettenbauer and Matt Davis, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Industrial: Omar Investments Group has leased 1,095 square feet of industrial space at Rancho Del Oro Business Center, 4089 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside 92056, from Aimee Frankhouse Trust, Tracy N. Miller Trustee. The property, leased for 24 months at $18,667, will be used for storage.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Bob Willingham, John Witherall, Ron King and David Onosko, of Cushman & Wakefield.
