Nubs Plastics in Vista

Industrial: Nubs Plastics Inc. has leased 36,404 square feet of industrial space at 991 Park Center Drive, Vista 92081, from Hirschbein Trust. The property was leased for five years at $1.13 million.

The lessee was represented by Glenn Stokoe, of Lee and Associates. The lessor was represented by CBRE (NYSE: CBRE).


Industrial: Found Image Press, LLC has leased 6,250 square feet of industrial space at 5225 Riley St., San Diego 92110, from Hazard Jr. Enterprises, LP.

The property, leased for 30 months at $167,211, will be used for an office and warehouse.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Julius Paeske, of CFI.


Retail: Subway has leased 1,215 square feet of retail space at 8299 Otay Mesa Road, San Diego 92154, from Transborder Goodman LLC and Le Media Kiffman. The property, leased for 60 months at $115,020, will be used for a deli/restaurant.

The lessee represented itself. The lessors were represented by Brian Crepeau and Icela Wittkopp, of Pacific Coast Commercial.


Industrial: RND Motorsports has leased 2,000 square feet of industrial space at 283 N. Marshall Ave., El Cajon 92020, from Emerald Holdings LLC. The property, leased for 36 months at $53,000, triple net, will be used for a showroom and installation for motorcycle aftermarket parts.

The lessee was represented by Richard D. Torres, of Torres Real Estate. The lessor was represented by Ken Robak and Erika Brooks, of Pacific Coast Commercial.


Industrial: John Gaboury has leased 1,460 square feet of industrial space at 750 Design Court, Chula Vista 91911, from Otay Commercial Properties LP.

The property, leased for 38 months at $38,800, will be used for a general office and warehouse for an auto restoration company.

The lessee was represented by Evan Wilson, of Pacific Coast Commercial. The lessor was represented by Regan Tully, of Cassidy Turley/BRE Commercial.


Industrial: Titrust has leased 3,035 square feet of industrial space at 2890 S. Santa Fe Ave., Suite 105, San Marcos 92069, from San Marcos Flex LLC.

The property, leased for 12 months at $21,492, will be used for an office and warehouse for distribution of plastic medical containers.

The lessee was represented by John Hoffman, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Adam Molnar, of Colliers International.
