Martial arts in San Marcos

Retail: Nine Star Corporation, dba White Dragon Martial Arts, has leased 2,926 square feet of retail space at 101-197 South Las Posas Road, Suite P8, San Marcos 92078, from Grand Plaza LLC. The property was leased for 10 years at $905,669.

The lessee was represented by Kevin Cassidy, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial. The lessor was represented by Bryan Cunningham, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Industrial: KimRiv Restaurant Group LLC has leased 12,331 square feet of industrial space at 2515 Britannia Blvd., San Diego 92154, from JMAC Inc.

The property, leased for 64 months at $380,947, will be used for gourmet food production.

The lessee was represented by Chris Holder and Ryan Spradling, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by John Lemkau and Ricardo Omar, of Premier Realty Associates.


Office: Prep Enterprises has leased 7,988 square feet of office space at 5130 Avenida Encinas, Carlsbad 92008, from Patrick McGuire. The property was leased for 36 months at $360,000.

The lessee was represented by Josh Burland, of Burland Commercial. The lessor was represented by Henry Zahner, of Colliers International.


Office: Innovative Commercial Environments has leased 1,769 square feet of office space at Champions of the West Plaza, 12250 El Camino Real, Suite 200, San Diego 92139, from Champions of the West Plaza LLC.

The property, leased for 65 months at $296,689, will be used for a corporate office and showroom.

The lessee was represented by Deborah Hunkeler, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Ryan Egli and Mike Hoeck, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG).


Office: Global Domains International has leased 2,969 square feet of office space at Camino Corporate Center, 2385 Camino Vida Roble, Suites 210 and 211, Carlsbad 92011, from Freeborn Family Trust. The property, leased for 60 months at $168,342, will be used as administrative offices for an internet service provider.

The lessee was represented by Shane Poppen, of Hughes Marino. The lessor was represented by Amy McNamara, of Cushman & Wakefield.
