Restaurant leases in Oceanside

Retail: Grillish Seafood Restaurant has leased 1,850 square feet of retail space at 4263 Oceanside Blvd., Suites B107 and 108, Oceanside 92056, from Sanah Investment Group Inc.

The property was leased for 120 months at $786,280.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Steve Willmore and Erik Faucett, of Colliers International.


Retail: Alberto's Mexican Food has leased 1,750 square feet of retail space at North County Plaza, 1824 Marron Road, Carlsbad 92008, from Kimco Realty (NYSE: KIM).

The property was leased for 10 years at $427,700.

The lessee was represented by Brian G. Pyke, of Duhs Commercial Inc. The lessor was represented by Joel Wilson, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG).


Office: Sabia Inc. has leased 12,280 square feet of office space in One Technology Place, 10911 Technology Place, San Diego 92127, from Collins Development Company. The property was leased for 24 months at $233,328.

The lessee was represented by Scot Ginsburg and Damon Melda, of Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL). The lessor was represented by Jay Alexander and Ryan Grove, also of Jones Lang LaSalle.


Office: Metajive Design Corp. has leased 1,800 square feet of office space at 1412 Camino Del Mar, Del Mar 92014, from The Daniels Trust of 1991. The property was leased for 40 months at $125,548.

The lessee was represented by Conor Mike Hoeck, of CBRE. The lessor was represented by Erik Faucett and Steve Willmore, of Colliers International.


Office: Samuel G. Soliven, DDS has leased 1,259 square feet of office space at 1835 El Cajon Blvd., Suite E, San Diego 92103, from Bert and Bob Investment Company. The property was leased for 66 months at $117,505.

The lessee was represented by Erik Faucett and Steve Willmore, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Scott Duhs, of Duhs Commercial.


Retail: Grace Ingrande and Sal Sardina, dba, Bell Cafe Del, have leased 900 square feet of retail space at Navajo Shopping Center, 8734 Lake Murray Blvd., San Diego 92119, from FW CA-Navajo Shopping Center, LLC.

The property, leased for five years at $81,963, will be used for a restaurant.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Matt Shope, of CBRE.
