Bistro leases in Scripps Ranch

Retail: Chance Bistro has leased 2,312 square feet of retail space at 10006 Scripps Ranch Blvd., San Diego 92131, from MFW Family LLC. The property was leased for 10 years at $805,142.

The lessee was represented by Mike Spilky, of Location Matters. The lessor was represented by Greg Wagner, of Capital Growth Properties Inc.

(NYSE: GGP).

The two-story 10,274-square-foot strip center was constructed in 1984 on a 23,522-square-foot lot. The property was renovated in 1999.


Retail: Sandy Pawz has leased 2,950 square feet of retail space at 630 Nordahl Road, Suites N. O, San Marcos 92069, from Stepstone Property Management. The property was leased for five years at $272,517.

The lessee was represented by Dave Dean, of Lee and Associates. The lessor was represented by Chad Iafrate, Andrew Peterson, Bruce Schiff and Phil Lyons, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial.


Industrial: Rene van Rems, dba Rene van Rems International has leased 2,900 square feet of industrial space at 5451 Avenida Encinas, Suites F and G, Carlsbad 92008, from The Ocean Point Tech Center.

The property, leased for 24 months at $72,428, will be used for floral and horticultural design and consultation.

The lessee was represented by Catherine Strada, of First San Diego Company. The lessor was represented by Monique Medley, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial.


Office: Dr. Katie Fox has leased 1,500 square feet of office space at 1940 Fifth Ave, Suite 300, San Diego 92101, from Nineteen Fourth Fifth Ave. LLC.

The property, leased for 36 months at $61,200, will be used for a chiropractic office.

The lessee represented herself. The lessor was represented by Catherine Strada, of First San Diego Company.
