Foundation leases on Broadway

Retail: Vista Hill Foundation has leased 4,116 square feet of retail space at 1105 Broadway, Suites 209-211, San Diego 92101, from Naples Center LLC. The property was leased for five years at $395,136.

Marten Barry represented the lessee. The lessor was represented by Craig Duhs and Alex Knutson, of Duhs Commercial.


Retail: Viet Bakery and Deli has leased 1,187 square feet of retail space at 3904 Convoy St., Suite 101, San Diego 92111, from Horng Jow Corp. The property was leased for seven years at $196,459.

Brian G. Pyke, of Duhs Commercial, represented the lessor and lessee.


Office: Spencer R. Wetter and Valerie Rock have leased 1,646 square feet of office space at 7817 Herschel Ave., La Jolla 92037, from Cappos Family Trust. The property was leased for 60 months at $162,812.

The lessee was represented by Kristi Kissinger, of Harman Realtors Inc. The lessor was represented by Athena Z. Harman, of Harman Realtors.


Office: James Mitchell & Co. has leased 1,541 square feet of office space at Cabrillo Plaza, 3990 Old Town Ave., San Diego 92110, from Dolphinshire LP.

The property, leased for 60 months at $151,530, will be used for general and administrative purposes.

The lessee was represented by Tim Mills, of Cushman& Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Jack Kruger, of Cassidy Turley/BRE Commercial.


Retail: GHP Investments LLC, dba Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studios, has leased 1,100 square feet of retail space at Felicita Town Center, 1835 Centre City Parkway, Suite G, Escondido 92025, from Felicita Garp LLC, c/o Gerrity Group. The property, leased for 60 months at $140,161, will be used for a self-defense studio.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Aaron Hill and David Bradley, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Retail: Pyung Hee Jeong, Hee Park and Hyun Cheong, dba Narabi Japanese Cuisine, have leased 672 square feet of retail space at Sorrento Court, 9540 Scranton Road, San Diego 92121, from Trizec Sorrento Tower LLC. The property, leased for 63 months at $118,563, will be used for a Japanese restaurant.

The lessees represented by themselves. The lessor was represented by John Jennings and Aaron Hill, of Cushman & Wakefield.
