Bet The Farm in RB

Retail: Bet The Farm has leased 2,250 square feet of retail space at 16765 Bernardo Center Drive, San Diego 92128, from Rancho Bernardo Plaza LLC.

The property was leased for 120 months at $872,145.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Darlene Pradarelli, of Capital Growth Properties Inc.


Retail: Fred Loya Insurance Agency Inc. has leased 1,249 square feet of retail space at 1497 E. Valley Parkway, Escondido 92027, from Bulen Trust Holdings LLC. The property, leased for 60 months at $149,880, triple net, will be used for an auto insurance agency.

The lessee was represented by Stephen Legaspi, of The Legaspi Group. The lessor was represented by Don Zech and Nancy Murphy, of CDC Commercial Inc.


Retail: Professional Pet Spa has leased 2,540 square feet of retail space at 5080 Bonita Road, Bonita 91902, from CIF Holdings LLC. The property was leased for three years at $89,132.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Scott Duhs and Brian G. Pyke, of Duhs Commercial.


Office: Eilar Associates Inc. has leased 910 square feet of office space at 210 S. Juniper St., Suite 100, Escondido 92025, from Lynch Family Trust.

The property, leased for 36 months at $37,997, modified gross, will be used for an engineering office.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Don Zech and Nancy Murphy, of CDC Commercial.


Office: IES Residential Inc. has leased 2,881 square feet of office space at Oceanside Gateway Business Park, 1672 Ord Way, Oceanside 92056, from Spectrum Rosen LLC.

The property, leased for 12 months at $22,128, will be used for storage and office for a solar installation company.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Bob Willingham and John Witherall, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Industrial: Purchase Green has leased 12 square feet of industrial space at 1519 Industrial Ave., Suite E, Escondido 92029, from Toni-Anne Belsky and Alden Townsend.

The property, leased for 12 months at $11,880, modified gross, will be used for an artificial grass wholesale business.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Don Zech and Nancy Murphy, of CDC Commercial.
