Smashburger at Village Hillcrest

Retail: Smash Bros. Hillcrest LLC, dba Smashburger, has leased 2,060 square feet of retail space at 3975 Fifth Ave, Suite 100, San Diego 92103, from Village Hillcrest Partners, LP. The property was leased for 10 years at $794,902.

The lessee was represented by Michael Burton, Danny Fitzgerald and Pasquale Ioele, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial. The lessor was represented by Mike Clark, Joe Yetter and Brent Williams, also of Cassidy Turley BRE.

The new Smash Burger site is in Village Hillcrest, a complex of five mixed-use buildings. containing a hospital, medical offices, commercial offices, a cinema, restaurants and shops.

Last fall, Lotus Café leased 3,625 square feet in Village Hillcrest at 3955 Fifth for 10 years at $1.4 million.



Office: Geosyntec Consulting Inc. has leased 5,695 square feet of office space at 3990 Old Town Ave., Suites A-101 and A-102, San Diego 92110, from Dolphin Partners, LP. The property was leased for 64 months at $703,915.

The lessee was represented by Tom van Betten, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial. The lessor represented itself.



Retail: Stix Holdings LLC has leased 863 square feet of retail space at 3870 Valley Centre Drive, Suite 303, San Diego 92130, from Piazza Retail LLC, c/o NewMark Merrill Companies/B>. The property was leased for 10 years at $590,033.

The lessee was represented by Kevin Cassidy, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial. The lessor was represented by Jae Chung, of NewMark Merrill.



Office: XPERA Inc. has leased 3,197 square feet of office space at 11848 Bernardo Plaza Court, Suite 100, San Diego 92128, from 11848-11858 Bernardo Plaza Court, LP. The property was leased for five years at $308,210.

The lessee was represented by Jason Smithson, of NAI San Diego. The lessor was represented by Bob Kuzman, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial.



Retail: T.B. Myor LLC has leased 720 square feet of retail space at 4330-4558 Camino de la Plaza, Suite B, San Diego 92173, from FS San Ysidro LLC. The property was leased for 62 months at $146,670.

The lessee was represented by Mark Hughes, of Keller Williams Realty. The lessor was represented by Brent Williams, Mike Clark and Joe Yetter, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial.



Retail: Sports Clips JHP LLC, dba Sports Clips, has leased 900 square feet of retail space at 40335 Winchester Road, Suite A, Temecula 92591, from DMP Temecula LLC. The property was leased for six years at $113,400.

The lessee was represented by Randee Stratton, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial. The lessor was represented by Brad Jones, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG).
