Prime Cut in Campus Marketplace

Retail: Prime Cut has leased 3,100 square feet of retail space at 300 S. Twin Oaks Valley Road, San Marcos 92078, from Inland American San Marcos Campus LLC. The property was leased for 10 years at $1,279,369.

The lessee was represented by Mike DiNorscia of Location Matters Inc. The lessor was represented by Andrew Peterson of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial.

The restaurant is in Campus Marketplace at 300-350 S. Twin Oaks Valley Road. The 144,287-square-foot neighborhood shopping center was designed by SGPA Architects and constructed in 2002. The center occupies 17 acres.


Office: The Tom Hom Group LLC has leased 1,324 square feet of office space in the Manchester Financial Building at 7979 Ivanhoe Ave., Suite 450, La Jolla 92037, from Landmark Construction Company of San Diego. The property was leased for 60 months at $191,129.

The lessee was represented by Philip Wise of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Wise.

A year ago, Pico Holdings Inc. leased 8,481 square feet of office space in the building for 96 months at $2,350,919. Wise also represented the lessor in that transaction.

Other recent tenants include Keith Hamilton Inc. with 1,457 square feet in early 2011 for 96 months at $439,723, and SBIB Inc., dba Sowers Baccala Insurance Broker, with 3,500 square feet in fall 2009 for 25 months at $267,540.

The 77,362-square-foot, Class A building was constructed in 1978.


Retail: Vivi and Anat Benkiki, dba Lakeview Florist, have leased 1,239 square feet of retail space at 500 S. Rancho Santa Fe Road, Suite 103, San Marcos 92078, from Enhanced Affordable Development Company LLC. The property, leased for 12 months at $11,151, triple net, will be used for a flower shop.

The lessee was represented by Don Zech and Nick Zech of CDC Commercial Inc. The lessor was represented by Zech and Zech.


Office: Adriana Franco dba Herbalife has leased 757 square feet of office space at 14168 Poway Road, Suite 202, Poway 92064, from Lincoln Plaza Poway LLC. The property, leased for one month at $675, will be used for an Herbalife sales office.

The lessee was represented by Don Zech and Nick Zech of CDC Commercial Inc. The lessor was represented by Zech and Zech.
