Retail: Supercuts has leased 1,414 square feet of retail space at 6011 El Cajon Blvd., San Diego 92115, from George S. Harbaugh Family Trust. The property was leased for seven years at $250,230.

Office: Michael Reynolds, DDS, has leased 665 square feet of office space at The Crosby Center, 7742 Herschel Ave., La Jolla 92037, from Crosby Center LLC. The property was leased for 60 months at $152,458.

Industrial: Jose Luis Felix has leased 2,400 square feet of industrial space at 312-314 Via Del Norte, Oceanside 92058, from MAJ Investors. The property was leased for 63 months at $102,240.

Office: Barr Wellness has leased 642 square feet of office space at 3565 Del Rey St., San Diego 92109, from Whitewater Investment Group. The property was leased for 12 months at $9,630.
