Office: San Diego American Indian Health Center has leased 8,034 square feet of office space at 2602-2630 First Ave., San Diego 92103, from 1st & Maple LP.
The property, leased for 60 months at $836,906, will be used for office and clinic operations. The two-story, approximately 13,500-square-foot building occupies an 18,000-square-foot lot.
The lessee was represented by Steve Do, of Grubb and Ellis (PNK: GREBQ). The lessor was represented by Darlene Pradarelli, of Capital Growth Properties.
1st & Maple acquired the 21,300-square-foot office property at 2602-2666 First Ave. in fall 2006 for $5 million, or about $234.50 per square foot. The property was constructed in 1961.
Retail: Supercuts has leased 1,414 square feet of retail space at 6011 El Cajon Blvd., San Diego 92115, from George S. Harbaugh Family Trust. The property was leased for seven years at $250,230.
The lessee and lessor were represented by Joe Balla, of Lee and Associates.
Office: Michael Reynolds, DDS, has leased 665 square feet of office space at The Crosby Center, 7742 Herschel Ave., La Jolla 92037, from Crosby Center LLC. The property was leased for 60 months at $152,458.
The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Darlene Pradarelli, of Capital Growth Proeprties.
Industrial: Jose Luis Felix has leased 2,400 square feet of industrial space at 312-314 Via Del Norte, Oceanside 92058, from MAJ Investors. The property was leased for 63 months at $102,240.
The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen, of Colliers International.
Office: Barr Wellness has leased 642 square feet of office space at 3565 Del Rey St., San Diego 92109, from Whitewater Investment Group. The property was leased for 12 months at $9,630.
The lessee and lessor were represented by Scott Danshaw and Justin Harvey, of Lee and Associates.
