Vivian Tech leases in Plaza 2020

Office: Vivian Tech has leased 10,100 square feet of office space in 108,000-square-foot Plaza 2020 at 2020 Camino Del Rio North, San Diego 92108, from TA Associates Realty. The property was leased for 60 months at $1.4 million.

The lessee was represented by Scot Ginsburg and Damon Melda of Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL). The lessor was represented by Tony Russell and Richard Gonor, also of JLL.

Other tenants include Audio Hearing Systems Inc. in early 2010 with 1,207 square feet of office space for seven years at $224,785, and Randstad General Partners (US) LLC in early 2009 with 2,070 square feet for 64 months at $313,014.


Office: First Associates Loan Servicing LLC has leased 12,373 square feet of office space in 78,677-square-foot Carmel View Office Plaza, 15373 Innovation Drive, San Diego 92128, from Arden Realty. The property was leased for 36 months at $631,000.

The lessee was represented by Craig Knox of Hughes Marino. The lessor was represented by Jay Alexander, Chaneng Joe, Tony Russell and Richard Gonor of Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL).

Other tenants are Pamela S. Lint in late 2011 with 1,003 square feet for 36 months at $50,150 and BETA Healthcare Group with 4,425 square feet for 66 months at $514,627.


Industrial: American Driveline Communications Corp. has leased 3,690 square feet of industrial space at 6696 Miramar Road, Suite H, San Diego 92121, from Four-Sher Investments. The property, leased for 48 months at $277,876, will be used by Aamco for transmission and general automotive service and repair.

The lessee was represented by Derek Firch of SRS Real Estate Partners. The lessor was represented by Evan McDonald of Colliers International.
