Mesa Energy in El Cajon

Industrial: Mesa Energy System Inc. has leased 12,936 square feet of industrial space at 900 Vernon Way, Suite 100, El Cajon 92020, from North JohnsonVernon Property LLC.

The property, leased for 60 months at $611,963, will be used for warehouse and general office use.

The lessee was represented by Evan McDonald, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Robbie Cornell, of Inland Pacific Commercial Properties.


Office: InDepth Corporation has leased 3,200 square feet of office space at 8380 Miramar Mall, San Diego 92121, from Eastgate Miramar Associates.

The property, leased for 36 months at $192,820, will be used for office and warehouse.

The lessee was represented by Brant Aberg, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commecial. The lessor was represented by Todd Lytel, Bo Gibbons and Brian Crepeau, of Pacific Coast Commercial.


Office: Hunter Chase & Co. has leased 1,325 square feet of office space at 2011 Palomar Airport Road, Suite 306, Carlsbad 92009, from P.T. Carlsbad Associates. The property was leased for 24 months at $54,813.

The lessee was represented by Daniel Knoke and Peter Merz, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Mike Erwin and Tucker Hohenstein, also of Colliers.


Retail: Adam Cholak, dba Yesteryear's Comics, has leased 930 square feet of retail space at 9353 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., Suite D-2, San Diego 92123, from Ruffin Village LLC.

The property, leased for 42 months at $52,523, will be used for selling comic books, novels, magazines, trading cards and other memorabilia.

The lessee was represented by David Bradley and Bryan Cummingham, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Julius Paeske, of CFI.


Industrial: Chris Nikolsky has leased 1,375 square feet of industrial space at 980 Buenos Ave, Suite D, San Diego 92110, from C&B Black Mountain LLC. The property, leased for 24 months at $37,440, will be used for office and warehouse.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Julius Paeske, of CFI.


Land: Green Clean Water & Waste Services has leased 10,000 square feet of land space at 5560 Eastgate Mall, San Diego 92121, from Eastgate Miramar Associates.

The property, leased for 12 months at $15,600, will be used for yard space.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Todd Lytel and Brain Crepeau, of Pacific Coast Commercial.
