Cymer leases R&D space on Technology Place

R&D: Cymer Inc. has leased 78,744 square feet of R&D space at 11045 Technology Place, Suites 100, 300, San Diego, 92127, from Walton CWCA Rancho Bernardo. The property was leased for 68 months at $3.37 million.

The lessee was represented by Brett Ward, of Cassidy Turley San Diego.

The lessor was represented by David Pinnegar, of Colliers International.


Industrial: Taylor Research Inc. has leased 10,477 square feet of industrial space at 6602 Convoy Court, San Diego, 92111, from Diego One LLC. The property, leased for eight years at $2 million, will be used for a marketing research company.

The lessee was represented by Nicole Winters and Joe Bernstein, of Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL).

The lessor was represented by Dave Odmark, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial.


Industrial: Silvergate Bank has leased 4,413 square feet of industrial space at 4275 Executive Square, La Jolla, 92037, from The Irvine Co. The property was leased for 66 months at $627,525.

The lessee was represented by Mike LaBelle and Bridget Garwitz, of Studley.

The lessor was represented by Liza Strom, of The Irvine Co.


Office: Innovative Physical Therapy has leased 2,949 square feet of office space at Mission Courtyard, 5030 Camino de la Siesta, Suite 220, San Diego, 92108, from The Koll Co. The property was leased for 90 months at $489,474.

The lessee was represented by Travis Ives, of Cushman & Wakefield.

The lessor was represented by NAI San Diego.


Office: Avaak Inc. has leased 12,186 square feet of office space at Centerpark Plaza, 6815 Flanders Drive, San Diego, 92121, from RREEF.

The property, leased for 24 months at $440,000, will be used for R&D of networking technology products.

The lessee was represented by Craig Knox, of Hughes Marino.

The lessor was represented by Eric A. Northbrook, and Chris High, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Industrial: Rap Engineering Inc. has leased 5,000 square feet of industrial space at 450 Olive Ave., Vista, 92083, from Dorothea J. Hopp Revocable Trust. The property was leased for 60 months at $193,962.

Retail: Miramar Chiropractic and Wellness has leased 1,411 square feet of retail space at Miramar Crossings, 7050 Miramar Road, San Diego, 92121, from Providence Capital Fund IX LP. The property was leased for 65 months at $155,676.

The lessee was represented by Brent Peterson, of Synergy Real Estate Group.

The lessor was represented by Aaron Hill and David Bradley, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Retail: Lowe Chiropractic Kinesiology has leased 1,199 square feet of retail space at 29049 Overland Ave, Suite A, Temecula, 92591, from Temecula MO LLC.

The property, leased for 36 months at $28,237, PR-156300, will be used for a chiropractic office.

The lessee represented itself.

The lessor was represented by Doug Hogan and Bill Barnett, of Colliers International.
