Industrial: Black & Veatch Corp. has leased 17,692 square feet of industrial space at Willow Creek Corporate Center, 10089 Willow Creek Road, San Diego, 92131, from LBA Realty.

The property was leased for 38 months at $1.4 million. The lessee was represented by Ron Magnaghi, of Studley.

The lessor was represented by Tony Russell and Richard Gonor, of Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL).


Retail: Family Dollar (NYSE: FDO) has leased 10,000 square feet of retail space at 1111 Fourth Ave., El Centro, 92243, from Garcia Enterprises. The property was leased for 10 years at $1.26 million.

The lessee was represented by Craig Duhs, of Duhs Commercial.

The lessor was represented by Craig Duhs and Brian G. Pyke, of Duhs Commercial.


Retail: Gary Yarborough and Maria Yarborough, dba Baskin Robbins, has leased 982 square feet of retail space at Eastlake Village Center South, 2260 Otay Lakes Road, Suite 109, Chula Vista, 91915, from Eastlake Village Ventures LLC.

The property, leased for 10 years at $459,308, will be used for an ice cream shop.

The lessee represented themselves.

The property, leased for 36 months at $221,781, PR-1555603, will be used for a warehouse and production for a sewing company.

The lessee was represented by Josh McFadyen and Joe Crotty, of Colliers International.

Industrial: Ganatol Land Co. has leased 12,000 square feet of industrial space at 398 Via El Centro, Oceanside, 92058, from Windigo International. The property was leased for 36 months at $216,000.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen, of Colliers International.


Retail: Spine and Sport has leased 2,400 square feet of retail space at 8790 Cuyamaca Street, Santee, 92071, from Cuyamaca Village LLC. The property, leased for five years at $213,588, will be used for a physical therapist.
