Women's clothier on Girard

Retail: White House/Black Market Inc. has leased 2,400 square feet of retail space at 7925 Girard Ave., La Jolla 92037, from Riverbed Property Enterprises LLC. The property was leased for 10 years at $1.13 million.

The lessee was represented by Kyle Kavanaugh, of Main & Main Inc. The lessor was represented by Mike Slattery, of Cassidy Turley.


Retail: Which Wich Superior Sandwiches has leased 1,246 square feet of retail space at Hazard Center, 7610 Hazard Center Drive, San Diego 92108, from 7510 Hazard LLC. The property, leased for 120 months at $470,000, will be used for a sandwich shop.

The lessee was represented by Carrie Bobb, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG). The lessor was represented by John Jennings and Aaron Hill, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Industrial: Reliable Contractors Inc. has leased 8,716 square feet of industrial space at 6142 Nancy Ridge Drive, Suite 102, San Diego 92121, from Jimmy Jenn-Yeng Shieh and Lil Huang Shieh, co-trustees of the Shieh Family Revocable Trust. The property was leased for 38 months at $260,400.

The lessee was represented by Evan McDonald, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Todd Holley, of Voit Real Estate.


Retail: Lam Truc Nguyen, dba Elite Nails, has leased 930 square feet of retail space at 9353 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., Suite G-1, San Diego 92123, from Ruffin Village LLC. The property, leased for 36 months at $77,604, will be used for a nail salon.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Julis Paeske, of CFI.


Retail: Light Wireless Communications, dba Cricket Wireless has leased 930 square feet of retail space at 9353 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., Suite G-2, San Diego 92123, from Ruffin Village LLC. The property was leased for 40 months at $55,744.

The lessee was represented by Ninus Malan, of Furstenfeld Group. The lessor was represented by David Bradley and Bryan Cunningham, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Industrial: Pacific Gillespie Partners, IV has leased 3,437 square feet of industrial space at 1920 Cordell Court, Suite 101, El Cajon 92020, from kSaria Corp.

The property, leased for 14 months at $35,800, will be used for manufacturing and distribution of interconnect solutions.

The lessee was represented by Ryan Dentt, of Pacific Realty Advisors. The lessor was represented by Erika Brooks, of Pacific Coast Commercial.
