Solid Property on Miramar Road

Office: Solid Property Services has leased 1,027 square feet of office space at 5820 Miramar Road, Suite 210, San Diego 92121, from Eastgate Miramar Associates.

The property, leased for 55 months at $53,862, will be used for an office.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Bo Gibbons, Todd Lytel and Brian Crepeau, of Pacific Coast Commercial.


Industrial: Portnology Inc. has leased 1,175 square feet of industrial space at 8380 Miramar Mall, San Diego 92121, from Eastgate Miramar Associates.

The property, leased for 12 months at $14,808, will be used for an office and warehouse.

The lessee was represented by Trevor Blood, of Cassidy Turley. The lessor was represented by Bo Gibbons, Todd Lytel and Brian Crepeau, of Pacific Coast Commercial.
