MLN leases on Flanders

Industrial: MLN Enterprises has leased 4,490 square feet of industrial space at 6615 Flanders Drive, San Diego 92121, from Flanders BP LLC.

The property was leased for 60 months at $444,580.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Jill Morton, of Capital Growth Properties Inc.

The space is in the 28,000-square-foot Flanders Drive Business Park at 6615-6635 Flanders at the corner of Mira Mesa Drive.









Industrial: Mail Management Group has leased 4,100 square feet of industrial space at 405 and 409 Vernon Way, El Cajon 92020, from McDougal Family Trust.

The property, leased for 60 months at $194,000, will be used for mail management services.

The lessee was represented by Tanya Mauzy and Erika Brooks, of Pacific Coast Commercial. The lessor was represented by Mauzy, Brooks and Brian Crepeau, also of Pacific Coast.









Retail: Kyung H. Chung has leased 1,040 square feet of retail space at Golfview Center, 6690 Mission Gorge Road, Suite P, San Diego 92120, from Nevada Barrel LLC.

The property, leased for 39 months at $44,772, will be used for a day spa.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Tommas Golia, of Pacific Coast Commercial.

The single-story retail strip center is 19,816 square feet.









Industrial: Baby Chix has leased 1,600 square feet of industrial space at 411 Vernon Way, El Cajon 92020, from McDougal Family Trust. The property was leased for 12 months at $15,000.

The lessee was represented by Erika Brooks and Tanya Mauzy, of Pacific Coast Commercial. The lessor was represented by Brooks and Ken Robak, also of Pacific Coast.









Office: Bruce Levine Homes has leased 321 square feet of office space at 2002 Jimmy Durante Blvd., Del Mar 92014, from BLT Holdings LLC. The property, leased for 12 months at $11,727, will be used for a general office.

The lessee was represented by Kris Boemer, of Pacific Coast Commercial. The lessor was represented by Darlene Pradarelli, of Capital Growth Properties.
