Jersey Mike's in Penasquitos

Retail: GSAHTC Inc. dba Jersey Mike's Subs, has leased 1,884 square feet of retail space at 13225 East Black Mountain Road, Suite 17, San Diego 92129, from Rancho Penasquitos Towne Center I, LP, c/o Kimco Realty Corp. (NYSE: KIM). The property was leased for 10 years at $518,354.

The lessee was represented by Michael Burton, Pasquale Ioele and Danny Fitzgerald, of Cassidy Turley. The lessor was represented by Tom Gibbs, of Flocke & Avoyer.


Retail: DTH Retail LLC, dba Y-3, has leased 1,500 square feet of retail space at 7852 Girard Ave., La Jolla 92037, from Swift Property Company LLC. The property, leased for five years at $450,000, will be used for men's and women's fashion apparel, footgear and accessories.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Mike Slattery, of Cassidy Turley.


Retail: Qiang and Robert Parker have leased 714 square feet of retail space at 11828 Rancho Bernardo Road, Suite 103, San Diego 92128, from Mercado Shopping Center LLC.

The property, leased for 42 months at $60,498, triple net, will be used for an acupuncture clinic.

The lessee was represented by Don Zech and Nick Zech, of CDC Commercial Inc. The lessor was represented by Zech and Zech, and The Heritage Group.


Industrial: Virtus Fitness Training Inc. has leased 1,222 square feet of industrial space at 10064 Mea Ridge Court, San Diego 92121, from Canyon View Industrial. The property, leased for 25 months at $32,495, will be used for a fitness training facility.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Scott Moffatt and Mike Bench, of Colliers International.


Industrial: Raul M. Rebollar has leased 1,750 square feet of industrial space at 6690 Miramar Road, San Diego, 92121, from Miramar Automotive Center LLC. The property, leased for 12 months at $21,000, will be used for general automotive repair.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Evan McDonald, of Colliers International.


Industrial: David West and Jose Pulido, dba Aquatica has leased 1,141 square feet of industrial space at 500 S. Rancho Santa Fe Road, Suite 101B, San Marcos 92078, from Enhanced Affordable Development Company LLC.

The property, leased for 14 months at $10,269, triple net, will be used for and exotic fish and coral retail store.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Don Zech and Nick Zech of CDC Commercial Inc.
