Korean BBQ in San Marcos

Retail: Manna BBQ has leased 4,206 square feet of retail space at 740 Nordahl Road, Suites 115-117, San Marcos 92069, from 730-740 Nordahl, LLC. The property, leased for 10 years at $1,043,409, is for a Korean barbecue.

The lessee was represented by Jinna Jeon with Team Spirit Realty. The lessor was represented by Brian G. Pyke, of Duhs Commercial.


Retail: Dollar Tree Stores Inc. (Nasdaq: DLTR) has leased 8,391 square feet of retail space at 1810 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside 92054, from The Krupp Companies. The property was leased for five years at $503,460.

The lessee was represented by Dave Hagglund, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG). The lessor was represented by Chad Iafrate, Bruce Schiff and Phil Lyons, of Cassidy Turley San Diego.



Office: 1798 Consultants Inc. has leased 1,350 square feet of office space at 828 Prospect St., La Jolla, 92037, from Prospect Street Investments LLC. The property was leased for 24 months at $92,340, or $2.85 plus utilities.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Todd Law, of Capital Growth Properties Inc.


Retail: ARS & ELG Inc. has leased 927 square feet of retail space at 2511 Coronado Ave., Suite A, San Diego 92154, from RHR Properties. The property, leased for five years at $76,714, will be used for DMV registration.

The lessee was represented by Brian G. Pyke, of Duhs Commercial. The lessor was represented by Pyke and Craig Duhs, also of Duhs Commercial.


Industrial: James and Gail Hallemeyer have leased 2,170 square feet of industrial space at Oceanside Gateway Business Park, 1698 Ord Way, Oceanside 92056, from Spectrum Rosen LLC. The property was leased for 12 months at $16,800.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Bob Willingham and John Witherall, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Office: Joe Green has leased 1,000 square feet of office space at 510 Civic Center Drive, Suite C, Vista 92084, from Forza Investment LLC. The property, leased for 12 months at $9,600, gross, will be used for a real estate sales and mortgage loans office.

The lessee represented himself. The lessor was represented by Don Zech and Nick Zech, of CDC Commercial Inc.
