Outdoor Adventure in Carlsbad

Industrial: Outdoor Adventure Sales has leased 6,696 square feet of industrial space at 5225 Avenida Encinas, Suites A-E, Carlsbad 92008, from Property Reserve Inc. The property was leased for 63 months at $452,673.

The lessee was represented by Jon Walters and Conor Boyle, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Rob Gunness and Larry Cambra, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG).


Industrial: New U Rejuvenation Center Inc. has leased 4,894 square feet of industrial space at 1315 Hot Spring Way, Vista 92081, from Rowland Heights LLC. The property, leased for 60 months at $235,500, will be used for the software company's general office.

The lessee was represented by Henry Zaher, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by John Witherall and Bob Willingham, of Cushman & Wakefield and Joe Crotty, of Colliers.


Retail: Variable Action Inc. has leased 2,365 square feet of retail space at 1045 Sixth Ave., San Diego 92101, from Michael P. Peckham.

The property, leased for 36 months at $87,400, will be used for the software company's general office.

The lessee was represented by Jordan Williams, of Strom Commercial. The lessor was represented by David Maxwell and Bill Shrader, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Retail: Tarpy Heating and Air has leased 1,960 square feet of retail space at 4667 Mission Gorge Place, San Diego 92120, from Caster Family Trust. The property, leased for 36 months at $38,923, will be used for an HVAC contractor.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Tommas Golia, of Pacific Coast Commercial.


Industrial: Shadowcrest Roofing Inc. has leased 3,017 square feet of industrial space at 2890 S. Santa Fe Ave., San Marcos 92069, from San Marcos Flex LLC. The property was leased for 12 months at $23,500.

The lessee and lessor were represented by John Witherall, of Cushman & Wakefield and Adam Molnar, of Colliers International.


Industrial: Flags and Emblems has leased 1,095 square feet of industrial space at 4089 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside 92056, from Aimee Frankhouse Trust. The property was leased for 25 months at $19,700.

The lessee and lessor was represented by John Witherall and Bob Willingham, of Cushman & Wakefield.
